2026 International Women’s Day Recap!

Reagan High School generously hosted WASA’s first-ever Women and Girls Adaptive Sports Camp in celebration of International Women’s Day. The gym was filled with 22 powerful and inspiring women and girls who came together to try six different adaptive sports. It was incredible to see our WASA leaders inspiring the next generation, building confidence, and helping pave the way for the future of women in adaptive sports.

International Women's Day with an all Women and Girls Adaptive Sports Camp was led by WASA female Athletes, Paralympians and Coaches. It was FREE, welcoming all Women/Girls any age, All Abilities! Activities played included Wheelchair Basketball, Wheelchair Rugby, Sitting Volleyball, Softball, Adaptive/Wheelchair Pickleball, and Yoga!
