Welcome Cheyenne Streff

WASA is proud to announce the appointment of Cheyenne Streff as its new Executive Director. Streff brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership and a passion for building inclusive communities through adaptive sports, fitness, and education.

Cheyenne holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and began her academic journey at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. Her career includes experience in leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, with a particular focus on mental health, community-building, and organizational development.  

As Executive Director, Streff will lead day-to-day operations, strengthen partnerships, and guide the organization’s strategic direction to expand the reach and impact of WASA’s programs across southeastern Wisconsin. Cheyenne is excited to advance WASA's mission, lead its continued growth, accelerate impact, and foster new and existing relationships with athletes, participants, families, partners, and donors.
