Jason Young brings an incredible background of leadership, service, and advocacy to WASA. As President & CEO of 3Up Metal Works, Marine Corps and Wisconsin Army National Guard veteran, and a recognized leader in the manufacturing community, Jason has dedicated his career to creating opportunities for others and making a lasting impact both in business and beyond.

His passion for veterans’ initiatives, community leadership, and service align deeply with WASA’s mission, and we’re grateful to have his experience and perspective helping guide the future of adaptive sports.

WASA is excited to welcome Jeremy “Opie” Lade to the WASA Board! A respected leader in the wheelchair basketball community, Opie brings decades of experience as a Paralympian, former head coach at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and current head coach of the U.S. Women’s National Team. His leadership, perspective, and passion for growing adaptive sports make him a perfect fit for WASA’s mission, vision, and culture and we’re incredibly fortunate to have him help shape what’s next for WASA!
